30-day Satisfaction Guarantee
i-Run offers you the opportunity to easily return your ordered items within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please return your order along with the return form to us (DOWNLOAD RETURN REQUEST FORM).
- Returned items must be clean, unused, and retain their labels, documentations, accessories and original packaging.
- Once you receive your order, please try on the shoes on a clean surface, such as a rug. For hygiene reasons, we recommand trying on underwear over your actual undergarments.
How to return your item ?
- STEP 1: I place the products I want to return in my package
- STEP 2: I print out my return form, fill it out, and put it in my package
- STEP 3: I affix the return label that was included with my order to the package after securely sealing it
- STEP 4: I take my package to a shipping center within 30 days.
If you're not satisfied with the delivered products or have simply changed your mind about the purchase, i-Run offers you the choice between:
- A Voucher: Once we receive your return, a credit with unlimited validity will be deposited in your i-Run customer account within 48 hours (up to a maximum of 14 days). You can redeem it at your convenience on our website.
- A Refund: For orders paid with a one-time payment, i-Run will refund the paid amount to the payment method you used within 48 hours (up to a maximum of 14 days) after receiving your return.
i-Run only exchanges defective goods. If your product doesn't fit, you can use your credit or refund for a new order.
Refund for purchases made through interest-free installments:
If an order contains no more than one item and it's returned to i-Run, i-Run will refund the already paid installment within 48 hours (up to a maximum of 14 days) after the order is revoked to the payment method used for the order.
If an order contains more than one item and a part of this order is revoked and returned to i-Run, the refund for the returned item(s) will be made once the total amount of the order is settled.
If a discount or promotional code was used during the purchase, it will be credited back to the customer's account. Please be aware that customers are resonsible for all shipping and return costs.
