Log in to your i-Run account, go to "My orders" and print your return slip.

Place the item in its original condition and packaging, including all accessories, and insert the return slip inside the parcel.
3.
Return your product by post within 14 days of registering your return request.
Log in to your i-Run customer account. Go to the "My Orders" section, select the relevant order, then tick the item(s) you wish to return. Fill out the return form, print it, and place it inside the parcel with the product(s).
Then drop off your parcel at the nearest post office, addressed to:

If the product does not suit you, simply submit a return request from your customer account under "My Orders".

While waiting for our response, please do not use the product to avoid any damage or risk of injury.
If you have changed your mind or the product does not suit you, return shipping is at your expense.
If you refuse delivery of an already shipped order, the parcel will be returned to us free of charge by the carrier.
However, if you accept the parcel and then decide to return it, return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
After we receive and process your return, you will receive a confirmation email. The refund is issued within 14 days via the original payment method used for the order.
If you paid in multiple instalments, the refund will be processed once the full payment schedule has been completed, minus the refunded amount.
If a loyalty voucher or referral reward was used, the corresponding amount will be credited back to your customer account.
