Cashback is a benefit offered by i-Run that allows you to get back a portion of your money each time you place an order. The amount, calculated in euros, is automatically credited to your customer account. The higher your order value, the more cashback you'll earn.

Yes! To receive cashback, you must have an i-Run customer account. Without an account, your cashback cannot be assigned and will be lost.

• When you place an order, all cashback values are automatically added up to form a total.

Example: An order of two items totalling 254 euros will generate 12.70 euros in cashback.

Once your order is validated, the cashback is credited to your customer account and automatically deducted from your next order of ?60 or more.

Example: If your next order is 120 euros, you'll only pay 107.30 euros. This order of 107.30euros will also generate 5% cashback.

Yes. Cashback is valid for 1 year from the date your order is validated.

Example: If you placed an order on 14 July 2021, your cashback will expire on 14 July 2022. If you don't place a new order before that date, the cashback will be automatically removed from your account.

• If it's your first order and you cancel it, your cashback will also be cancelled since no purchase was completed.
• If you return a product and used cashback to pay part of the order, the used amount will be automatically recredited to your customer account and deducted from your next order.
