Nathan Run Laces: adequate adjustment

To install the Nathan Run laces, nothing could be simpler: with your shoe on, pinch the tightening mechanism to thread each lace through. Then, cut the laces 5-7 cm below the mechanism. Finally, insert the laces into the clip, press to close, and you're all set!
