The filters are manufactured by Ahlstrom-Munksjö in Germany, specifically designed for BUFF®, meeting the performance requirements of the harmonized standard EN 14683:2019 + AC, regarding Bacterial Filtration Efficiency (BFE %) and Differential Pressure (Pa/cm²) (Breathability), achieving Type I and II classification, and were packaged in a clean room according to the requirements of the EN ISO 13485 standard "Medical Devices. Quality Management System".

The HeiQ V-Block textile technology protects the fabric inside the pocket of the BUFF® Filter Tube from microbes and germs. It offers a biocide** based on recycled silver salt.
**Active ingredient: reactive mass of titanium dioxide and silver chloride. Integrated antimicrobial properties to protect the fabric of the inner pocket of the BUFF® Filter Tube. The BUFF® Filter Tube does not protect the user or others from pathogens. Clean this mask thoroughly and systematically after each use.
