The Coros Pace 4 watch: available at i-Run!
The Coros Pace 4 is available at i-Run in two versions: the model with a fibre-reinforced polymer bezel and the Black Crystal version with an aluminium bezel. It comes with a silicone strap or a nylon strap.
Whether you are preparing for a 10K, a marathon or your first trail runs, the Pace 4 has everything you need to structure your sessions: Pace Coach helps you hold your target pace, Training Hub lets you track your training load, and a race time predictor is based on your own data.
It stands out for its ultra-lightweight design (32 g with the nylon strap) and its battery life, which goes well beyond standard running use, with up to 19 days in smartwatch mode.
Coros Pace 4: what are the differences with the previous watch?
The Pace 4 keeps the same philosophy but fixes the two limitations of the Pace 3: display readability and the lack of voice input. It also adds a new feature that the Pace 3 does not have: mapping!

Why choose the Coros Pace 4?
A watch designed for running and interval training
Pace Coach shows you in real time whether you are ahead of or behind your target pace, and adjusts its advice from one session to the next. Intervals can be programmed directly on the watch, with vibration alerts at each change of block.
A reliable companion for trail running
It features dual-frequency multi-GNSS GPS for an accurate track, even under tree cover. The barometric altimeter and offline maps are must-haves for your trail and outdoor sessions. And with up to 41 hours of battery life in GPS mode, it will see you through an ultra-distance race without recharging.
Ideal for triathlon
The Coros Pace 4 ticks every box for triathletes: a dedicated profile for smooth transitions between sports, reliable dual-frequency GPS in open water as well as in town, and battery life that lasts a half or even a full Ironman without recharging. Ultra-lightweight and water-resistant, it is easy to forget on your wrist across all three disciplines. The Coros Pace 4 is also compatible with bike power and cadence sensors.
Is the Coros Pace 4 the right watch for me?
You are new to running
The Coros Pace 4 is the ideal companion, even for beginners. It offers an AMOLED display that is easy to read in bright sunlight, simple handling straight out of the box, and a virtual partner that adjusts your pace in real time during your runs. Training load tracking helps you progress while limiting the risk of injury, and the battery life (up to 41 hours in GPS mode) easily covers your first long runs. All this at a very affordable price given the features on offer.
Experienced athletes and triathletes
The Pace 4 is well suited to experienced runners and triathletes. You can refine your pacing strategy from one race to the next, while load tracking (acute, weekly and training status) structures your preparation. Dual-frequency GPS delivers an accurate track, even in town or in open water. Enjoy a sharp AMOLED display at every stage of the race. A complete tool that excels for performance-driven runners and triathletes.
You are aiming for trail running or ultras
The Pace 4 goes the distance thanks to its battery life and now comes with offline maps, offering the same worldwide coverage as the Apex: trails, roads and points of interest displayed right on your wrist. If you are fully dedicated to outdoor sports (trail running, exploration, hiking and more) and are looking for a reinforced case, more advanced navigation and longer battery life, take a look at the Coros Apex or the Coros Vertix.
Coros Pace 4 Pro: what are the differences with the Pace 4?
The Pace 4 already offers the essentials for serious training: an AMOLED display, accurate GPS and comprehensive recovery tracking. The Coros Pace 4 Pro builds on this foundation and takes three key areas a step further, for runners who want a watch with longer battery life, greater durability and better readability. Good to know: worldwide mapping is available on both the Pace 4 and the Pace 4 Pro.
A larger, tougher display
The Coros Pace 4 Pro moves up to a 1.47-inch AMOLED display, offering 20% more display area than the Pace 4. It also gains in durability with sapphire glass instead of mineral glass, for better scratch resistance on trail runs or in everyday use. Its brightness reaches up to 3,500 nits, making it the brightest display ever offered on a Coros watch, easy to read in bright sunlight as well as in low light.
Massive battery life
This is the most tangible difference in everyday use: the Pace 4 Pro lasts 60 hours in Precision GPS mode, compared with 41 hours for the Pace 4, that's 19 hours more. Enough to string together several runs, an ultra or a week of trail running without reaching for the charger. Expect 40 hours in dual-frequency Max GPS mode for the most accurate tracks, and up to 21 days in everyday smartwatch use. When it comes to charging, 30 minutes on the USB-C charger is enough to recover around 10 hours of GPS battery life.
A titanium bezel built to last
The Pace 4 Pro swaps the Pace 4's polymer bezel for a titanium alloy bezel, which is far more resistant to impacts and wear over time. It therefore gains in durability while keeping a slim 11.8 mm case and a total weight of 38 g with the silicone strap.
A faster touchscreen interface
The Pace 4 Pro also has twice as much RAM as the Pace 4, for smoother, more responsive menu navigation. In practice, the Pace 4 Pro responds as fast as you use it: no more breaking your rhythm staring at your wrist while waiting for the screen to catch up. Your attention stays on your pace and stride, not on the interface.
