• An adjusted and slightly wider carbon plate for better stability.
• A full-length foam monoblock in the midsole for a smoother ride, more natural transition feel, better shock distribution, and better lateral support, ideal for multidirectional movements.
• Integration of Air Zoom units in the midsole for a more propulsive ride.
• An improved lightweight upper that secures the foot.
• Serrated asymmetric lacing and a padded knit tongue that locks the foot without pressure points.
• A thinner and improved outsole for better traction.

Features of the Air Zoom Alphafly Next% 3

• Drop: 8 mm.

• Cushioning: The ultra-lightweight foam positioned over the entire length improves the transition between heel and forefoot. Combined with a carbon plate, it offers a light and propulsive ride. The redesigned heel enhances stability and transition during pace changes. The front air cushions integrated into the midsole aim to absorb shocks, facilitate transitions, and increase propulsion.
