Running the length of the shoe, the Enerzy Core foam provides great suppleness as well as exceptional damping. The addition of Enerzy technology increases shock absorption and is designed for efficient energy return.
The Wave process, combined with the SmoothRide process, stabilises your stride and makes it smoother. This gives you an airy feel and incredible comfort during exertion.
The new upper uses stretch materials to provide a precision fit and unrivalled ease. The 3D finishes and PU lining add significant suppleness.

The only technology to combine two essential qualities for a high-performance running shoe: Cushioning and Stability. The Wave plate ensures a better distribution of the shock wave at the moment of ground impact, thus providing excellent cushioning. The differences in leveling and amplitude of the Wave plates on the inner and outer sides of the foot guarantee the shoe's stability. By adjusting these amplitude differences, Mizuno is able to adapt to all strides and runner weights to offer maximum performance.
