Golden Gate LT by Scarpa: for which type of athlete, what use, what distance, and what surface?

It is suitable for beginner to intermediate trail runners looking for a reliable shoe for their regular training.

Its cushioning and balanced design make it ideal for short to medium distances, with the possibility to extend the routes according to your experience.

It performs well on mixed, less technical terrains, particularly on routes alternating between road, forest paths, and smooth trails.

Scarpa Golden Gate LT, what usage?

+ Designed for "door to trail" outings, it allows for easy transitions from pavement to trails. Its comfortable cushioning and geometry promote a stable and smooth stride, particularly suited for rolling courses. (Forest paths, stabilized trails, road, and gravel).

Technologies

  • PRESA

Each PRESA sole is carefully developed with the shoe's usage context in mind. Measuring key performance indicators (including grip on dry and wet ground, and resistance) is fundamental in choosing the best sole according to the activity for which the shoe was designed. This outer sole is the result of meticulous research into materials, density, and inserts to create the right balance between control, precision, and comfort. The compounds are specially designed for outdoor use, aiming to achieve maximum performance in all weather conditions and on all types of terrain, without compromising durability.

  • Adaptive Cushioning System

Emphasize the level of cushioning at the heel and the front of the foot.

  • EXO

    Internal support structure.
