Ingredients:
Cane brown sugar*, corn flour*, semi-whole rice flour*, lupin flour*, praline* (hazelnuts* 5%, cane brown sugar*), raising agent* (sodium bicarbonate, tartaric acid), corn starch*, honey flakes* (corn starch*, dehydrated honey* (1.45%)), guar seed flour*, whole egg powder*, freeze-dried royal jelly* (0.1%). *Organic products
Usage instructions:
Add 300mL of water to the mixture and stir. Bake for 30-35 minutes at 200°C in a conventional oven.
Consume between 1/3 and 1/2 portion of the cake up to 1.5 hours before exertion. Can replace a breakfast.
Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or can be frozen.
