'It's a fast shoe, thanks to its carbon plate, and it differs from the previous version in that it has new foam for extra propulsion. I like to wear them for performance, training and competitions. They're as comfortable as ever, with a curved sole profile that tilts forward to relieve pressure on the calves. The wrap-around shoe allows you to run with or without laces!
