Usage instructions

BEFORE EXERCISE

The bar can be consumed as a snack 1 hour before a training session or competition in a single intake for energy load.

DURING EXERCISE

To be taken regularly (every 15 minutes for long efforts) in small portions alternately with other ATLET bars or compote. Consume with water.

AFTER EXERCISE

The bar should be consumed as close as possible to the effort (within 30 minutes) to replenish energy reserves (losses in carbohydrates, sodium, and lipids).
