Cushioning: The plush foam provides effective shock absorption and ensures good energy return. A full-length Air Zoom unit is integrated into the midsole for smooth landings and excellent rebound on impact.

Upper (part that wraps your foot): Composed of a waterproof membrane and technical mesh, it keeps your feet dry while offering excellent breathability throughout your run. Its reliable fit ensures good foot support, notably thanks to the midfoot band. For added comfort, the collar and attached tongue are padded. The heel counter contributes to adequate stability.

Outsole: Durable for use, its textured rubber promises optimal traction on dry or wet ground. The multidirectional micro-grooves promote the smooth foot roll on asphalt and help to evacuate water.

Nike Air Zoom is a responsive and quick cushioning system. Thousands of stretchable fibers are connected at each end inside an incredibly thin air cushion.
