The Wave plate ensures a better distribution of the shock wave at the moment of ground impact, thus providing excellent cushioning. The differences in leveling and amplitude of the Wave plates on the inner and outer sides of the foot guarantee the shoe's stability. By adjusting these amplitude differences, Mizuno is able to adapt to all strides and runner weights to offer maximum performance.
