Nike Grind is made from recycled sports shoes and manufacturing scraps: the rubber from the outsole, the foam from the midsole, and the fabric from the upper.
Because we want to reduce the number of shoes that end up in landfills, we have partnered with leading companies in sports field and playground surfacing to use Nike Grind.
Thanks to this partnership, Nike Grind will be used on basketball courts, tennis courts, running tracks, sports fields, and playgrounds.
