Usage Tips:
Activation time: 7 to 10 minutes.
High intensity (less than 3 hours): take one gel right after warming up. If the effort lasts more than an hour, take one gel every 40 minutes.
Long duration (more than 3 hours):
- Level 1: 1 gel/h; 40 g Carbs/h; 60 g Lactate/h; 250 mg Sodium/h
- Level 2: 2 gels/h; 80 g Carbs/h; 120 g Lactate/h; 500 mg Sodium/h
- Level 3 (reserved for professionals): 3 gels/h; 120 g Carbs/h; 180 g Lactate/h; 750 mg Sodium/h
