Ingredients: sugar, wheat flours, bread preparation (wheat flour, wheat gluten, lactose and milk proteins, salt), alkalized cocoa powder 5%, vegetable fat (sunflower oil, lactose, milk proteins), milk chocolate chips 4% (sugar, whole milk powder, cocoa butter, cocoa paste, whey powder (milk), skimmed milk powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavor), caramelized pecan pieces 4% (pecans, sugar), raising agents (diphosphate and sodium carbonate, wheat flour), flavors, tricalcium phosphate.
Manufactured in a facility that uses: egg, other nuts, celery, sulfites.
Usage Instructions:
Oven Preparation: pour the contents of the Gatosport box, add 250 ml of water, mix everything together, then pour the mixture into a 25 cm diameter dish. Bake for about 30 minutes at TH.6/7 (180/200?C). Gatosport can be prepared up to 3 days in advance and kept in cling film, unused portions can be frozen after baking (never refreeze a defrosted product).
Microwave Preparation: pour the contents of the Gatosport box, add 300 ml of water, mix everything together, then pour the mixture into a 25 cm diameter dish. Cook at 850/1000 watts for about 8-9 minutes. To maintain its softness, the cake should be prepared on the day of consumption.
