The i-Run team says

The Hoka Arahi 9 shoe for men is perfect for your road running sessions. Its balance between stability and comfort makes it an ideal ally for pronation-prone strides and long-distance outings.

Hoka Arahi 9, for what type of athlete, what use, what distance, and surface?

Designed for athletes of all levels with a pronation-prone stride, it effectively supports daily training at all paces. It performs primarily on road surfaces where it offers excellent stability as well as a smooth stride, both on short runs and long distances.

Its reliable grip allows you to run with confidence on both dry and wet roads.

Arahi 9 from Hoka, what usage?

+ Versatile, the Hoka Arahi 9 shoe combines comfort, stability, and fluidity to naturally support pronation-prone strides during your daily workouts.

- If you are looking for a more specific pair for speed with a carbon plate, we recommend the Hoka Cielo X1 3.0.

Why choose the Arahi 9 from Hoka?

This model offers numerous advantages:

  • A breathable and flexible mesh upper that provides good air circulation.
  • A padded collar around the heel that ensures excellent support.
  • A stabilizing structure that naturally guides the stride.
  • Design that allows for smooth transitions.
  • An intermediate sole equipped with compression-molded foam that provides effective cushioning.
  • A padded tongue that guarantees a comfortable fit.
  • The outsole is made of a durable and grippy rubber.
  • Reflective details that enhance your visibility in low light.

Hoka Arahi 9, what's new?

  • A reworked upper that improves support.
  • Enhanced arch support.

  • Textured silicone patterns that reinforce the upper's structure.

Features of the Hoka Arahi 9

  • Drop: 8 mm
  • Cushioning: Developed with compression-molded foam that perfectly absorbs shocks, the intermediate sole also offers excellent energy return. An integrated stabilizing structure naturally guides the foot to support pronation-prone strides without creating a feeling of rigidity.
  • Upper (the upper part that wraps your foot): Designed with a flexible and breathable mesh, it ensures excellent air circulation and perfectly wraps the foot. The heel and tongue feature generous padding that offers long-lasting comfort, helps achieve optimal positioning, and reduces pressure points. The denser mesh on the medial side enhances foot support.
  • Outsole: Its design effectively resists abrasion to accompany you durably during your road training. It offers good grip on roads, whether dry or wet, thanks to slightly grooved inserts that ensure a good ground hold.
  • Removable insole
  • Weight as observed at i-Run: 262g in size 42
