Reliable and lightweight, the Polar Verity Sense Optical Heart Rate Monitor measures your heart rate in real-time during your sports training.

Simply placed on your arm, forearm, or swimming goggles, it generates essential data on the intensity of your efforts to help you achieve your goals.

Connected to one or two devices via Bluetooth, it allows you to monitor your heart rate live. This model can also be used alone by recording your sessions through its internal memory that stores up to 600 hours.

The swimming mode is specifically adapted to your aquatic performances with a clip that attaches to your goggles and is water-resistant up to 50 meters. The sensor accurately tracks your pace and distance covered.

The Polar Flow app provides real-time results on your smartphone. The ANT+ connectivity secures the connections and prevents interference.

You have a 30-hour battery life on a full charge.
